Yesterday, we saw the makers of films like Bhuj: The Pride Of India, Laxmmi Bomb, Lootcase, Khuda Haafiz, Sadak 2, The Big Bull announcing the release of their films on OTT platform (Disney Hotstar) and joining the list of Sushant Singh Rajput and Sanjana Sanghi starrer Dil Bechara. The actors held a virtual meet yesterday, where the Singham star spoke about Akshay Kumar's saree in Raghava Lawrence's directorial. The actor said, “I can't say he's looking hot...I think he is looking very very graceful, I know about the script, it's a fabulous script, fabulous role to do and he's carried off the saree look very well.”
The Khiladi of Bollywood also shared his thought and experience of his Laxmmi Bomb look and said, “It is the most graceful outfit in the world. The amazing part is that it fits all sizes. We see so many women who wear sarees on a daily basis and catch the train, the bus, work at home etc but majaal hai unka pallu idhar ka udhar ho jaaye. Saree sambhalna mushkil kaam hai. Shoot se pehle, kai baar meri saree utar jaati thi. Chalna bhi mushkil hota tha. But mere stylist sambhal lete the. Hats off to how women manage it.”
In the film, Akshay plays a character that will be possessed by a ghost of a transgender. Laxmmi Bomb is an official remake of Muni 2: Kanchana.
